Rates:

The standard shop rate is $70/hour. Service works on a first come, first served basis. Turnaround time is typically between two to three days.

Web Sites are based on a contract price or by the hour, we also offer maintenance contracts by the week, month, quarterly, and annually

Priority Service:

Priority Service is available at the rate of $75/hour. Priority Service systems are placed at the beginning of the service queue and given the highest priority.

On-site Service:

On-site Service is available by appointment within the Red Deer area at the rate of $80/hour. Please give 24 hours advance notice for all appointments. Remote technical support:

Remote technical support is available using remote assistance. Remote assistance is bundled with both XP Pro and XP HOME operating systems. For other operating systems we offer different means of connecting to your computer. Remote assistance is billed at a rate of $70.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. This is perfect for the user who doesn't want or cannot pack up their PC and bring it to our shop for repair, when the highways are nasty, or for any other reason you do not want to transport you pc!
